1. How to choose size?

We have a Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right size. Before place an order, we strongly suggest you to measure your foot length, and compare it to our size chart in order to choose your shoe size accurately.

2. I want an out of stock style. What can I do?

Please subcribe your email to follow our latest news and we will notify you if the item becomes available again.

3. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4. Any Store Locations?

Only online store now. We are committed to providing the best shopping experience to all customers. If you have any suggestion or complaint, please feel free to contact us.

5. Can I return or exchange an in store purchase online?

Sure can! We have 14-day return policy upon receiving the products. For more info, please read the Return Policy.

6. Where do you ship your product from?

Since we produce our products in China we are shipping directly from our factory. We are planning to have local stock in Europe and the US soon, so we help to reduce shipping time and air pollution.
