Thank you for shopping in Auzunstore.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please contact us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
Return Process
1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.
Return Conditions
1.You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items or gift cards.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Auzunstore.
6. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Order cancellation
If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods are not shipped before replying to the mail, you can cancel the order. You should contact us by email:
service@auzunstore.com once you decide to cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is a credit card.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Return Address
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
